Doylestown Airport Hosts Annual “Celebration of Flight” Open House on
May 16
Event offers family-oriented activities including free plane rides, unique and historic aircraft, “please touch” plane demos for kids, music, food and demonstrations
The fifth annual “Celebration of Flight” Community Open House will be held Saturday, May 16 (raindate Sunday, May 17) from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Doylestown Airport, located at the intersection of Old Easton and Landisville Roads. Bucks County Airport Authority Awards
Tree Grants to Two Local Organizations
The Bucks County Airport Authority (BCAA) recently selected Plumstead Township and The PA State Master Gardeners of Bucks County as the 2009 beneficiaries of its Tree Donation Program. Under this program, each organization will receive $1,000 for the purchase of trees. To learn more click here.

Annual “Celebration of Flight” Picnic
Doylestown Airport will host its fourth annual “Celebration of Flight” open house picnic on Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This free event is open to the public and takes place on the Airport grounds (located at the intersection of Old Easton and Landisville Roads, Doylestown). Announces New Board Member

Doylestown Airport Picnic Honors the Service of Three Local Fire Companies
DOYLESTOWN, PA – Every year since 2000, the Bucks County Airport Authority (BCAA) and Doylestown Pilot Association (DPA) have hosted a picnic in honor of a local volunteer organization that has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the community. This year, BCAA and DPA chose to honor not one, but three organizations, Doylestown Fire Company #1, Milford Township Fire Department and Midway Volunteer Fire Company.
